I visited the laundromat right after Thanksgiving. We had little cousins that spent several nights and pretty much every blanket and comforter in the house was used. I didn’t want to overload my house w/d, so ran to this laundromat. Ms. Soney immediately came out to assist me and my 8 loads of bedding! She held the door, assisted with locating better machines and load efficiency, in addition to helping me fold it all! She was a post-Thanksgiving blessing I didn’t know I needed. She made a mundane laundry trip into a pleasant, quick turnaround.

This laundromat near LSU is exceptionally clean and well-managed. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with well-functioning machines that left our two king-size comforters spotless. However, what truly made the experience stand out was Mrs. Sony’s outstanding service. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had, ensuring everything was seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter such personalized care—her professionalism and warmth made all the difference.

Best experience at a laundry mat ever! Shout out to Ms. Alicia! She is super sweet and welcomed me the minute I walked in. Offered any help I may have needed and answered all questions I had. This is the cleanest and most well kept laundry mat in Baton Rouge. Way better than Cyclone! Most affordable too! I will continue to recommend this place to my friends and family. Hands down my favorite Laundry Mat! Thanks for an awesome experience! 💖💖💖

I am happy that I came to this laundromat. This laundromat is a standout in the community and awesome that it is by LSU so many students can come here!!!! It offers not just washers and dryers but a genuinely pleasant experience. The facility is impeccably clean and well-organized, making laundry day less of a chore and more of a breeze. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Mrs.Soney is a delight and wonderful.

Wow! I discovered TIGERLAND WASHATERIA just a couple of weeks ago (for myself I mean ... I didn't discover it for a king like I was Chris Columbas lol!) Ahem! Sorry... anyway I could not help but notice just how clean this place is! It's like each machine is some exotic "Hyper Car" or something and there's no 3 second rule for dropped candy on that LSU color speckled floor... amazing... So,, I was hesitant to touch the beautifully chromed "Dexter" machine for fear of leaving a finger print, or being scolded by the attendant, I saw no "Do not touch the machines!" signs so I went for it Lol! Now get this, it turns out that the cleanest washateria I've ever had the pleasure of using is also the cheapest! What!? I'm not kidding! I am a single man with only a few pounds of clothes and more money than expected after visiting Tigerland... Final cost after vended wash powder, washer, and dryer? $5.50 yes... I wrote five dollars and fifty cents! And that attendant? Alecia is simply the nicest, most helpful wash att. I've ever met... lol! Certainly with the free WiFi, Ice cold AC/W ten ceiling fans, six big screen tv's bill changers that return actual money, six folding tables the gorgeous "Dexter" washers and dryers, coupled with Alecias helpful, friendly demeanor, and beautiful smile how can you go wrong? TIGERLAND WASHATERIA made my "wash day" a bit more pleasant... 5 stars! I can't wait for wash day! Psycleman63 👍😁

I cannot say how OUTSTANDING this place was!! EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN and MS. ALICIA was an amazing help! I needed to wash all my daughter’s bedding and towels prior to moving her into her new college apartment (we live 18 hours away so had to buy the big items when we arrived!). THANK YOU Tigerland Washateria for making this chore easy and actually enjoyable! Extra thanks to MS. ALICIA for her help and patience!!

I had a great first experience there. Ms. T went above and beyond. She was very nice to everyone who came in and treated us like we were already friends. I also saw her cleaning while we were there. I would recommend this place to a friend.
